Dublin Athletic Board /Lucozade County Track and Field Championships 13/14/15th June

Tallaght Athletic club juvenile athletes can be well pleased with their efforts following three days of competition in  the Dublin Athletic Board /Lucozade County Track and Field Championships last weekend at the ALSAA complex.
The club had 58 athletes involved in competition and were represented in every event and brought home an astonishing 46 medals.  Pride of place must go to Jeffrey Sheridan who won four Gold Medals.  The following is the list of medal winners:

Ciara Henry -  U10 Ball Throw - Gold medal.
Lauren Power - U10 Ball Throw - Silver medal and silver medal in U10 500M.
Anne Marie Mc Clean - U11 Ball Throw - Gold Medal.
Thomas Murray -U13 Ball Throw  - Bronze Medal.
Eoghan Hennessy - U13 Ball Throw - Gold Medal and U13 Long Jump - Silver Medal.
Rebecca Game - U13 Long Jump - Silver Medal.
Aisling Johnston - U13 Long Jump – Bronze Medal, U13 Ball Throw – Gold Medal and U13 600M  - Gold Medal.
Peter Fitzsimons - U14 1500M - Silver Medal.
Brian Gregan -U15 Long Jump - Silver Medal.
Luke Coleman - U15 1500M - Silver Medal.
Robert Fitzsimons - U15 1500M - Gold Medal and U15 800M - Silver Medal.
Sarah Bodie - U15 1500M and U15 800M - Silver Medals.
Bronagh O Hanlon - U16 1500M - Gold Medal and U16 800M - Bronze Medal.

Catriona Redmond - U16 - Long Jump - Silver Medal.
Shane Doody - U16 100M – Bronze Medal and U16 200M  - Silver Medal.
Chris Healy - U17 3000M - Bronze Medal.
David Condron - U17 Shot Putt - Bronze Medal.
Darren Byrne - U17 Long Jump - Silver Medal and U17 Triple Jump - Bronze Medal.
Johnathan Smith - U17 100M - Bronze Medal, U17 200M - Silver Medal, U17 Shot Putt - Silver Medal.
Jeffrey Sheridan - U17 Gold Medal winner in 100M, 200M, Long Jump and Triple Jump.
Stephanie Game - U18 Gold Medal winner in 300M and Long Jump.
David Murphy - U18 Long Jump - Gold Medal.
Orla Nugent - U18 800M - Silver Medal.
Lariche Mandiangu - U18 Silver Medal winner in 200M and Long Jump.
Gerard Purcell - U18 200M - Gold Medal and Silver Medal in 100M.
Tracy Williams - U19 3000M - Gold Medal and 1500M - Silver Medal.
Claire Murray - U19 Shot Putt - Gold Medal.
Fiona Mc Carthy - U19 400M - Silver Medal. 

All of the above athletes will now go forward to represent Dublin in the National Track and Field Championships in Tullamore in July.

The Club’s Hurdlers, High Jumpers, Discus Throwers  and Javelin Throwers will also try to book their tickets to the National finals when they compete in the County Finals at ALSAA on July 7^th.
