Aidan
pleased with seasons opening race |
|
Aidan Walshe has just sent us
this update on how his running is going. He opened his indoor season
last night at the New York City Armory. The race was a great start
to the season with a 2nd position finish in a very competitive 3,000m
race. Aidan's time was 8:16 which is probably his fastest season
opener ever. His splits were 4.10 at 1500m, 4.27 at one mile, 8.16
at 3,000m (which is 4.06 for the last 1500m).
Aidan will keep us updated on his progress as the season continues, but do
far so good. |
