Aidan Walshe has just sent us this update on how his running is going.  He opened his indoor season last night at the New York City Armory.  The race was a great start to the season with a 2nd position finish in a very competitive 3,000m race.  Aidan's time was 8:16 which is probably his fastest season opener ever.  His splits were 4.10 at 1500m, 4.27 at one mile, 8.16 at 3,000m (which is 4.06 for the last 1500m).
