Well done to all the ladies that took part in the
meet and train race on Sunday. You did the club proud.
It was great to see club members
coming out and supporting the runners.
This kind of support is what a club is all about.

More than 400 participants turned out on Sunday last for the Tallaght A.C. annual 5K Road Race which incorporated the Dublin Novice Road race Championships. The field which included elite runners, joggers and walkers wound their way around the course which started at the junction of Airton Road, through the village and around Tymon and returned back up the Greenhills Road, finishing on the track.  More

Great news from Tullamore today where Laura Mc Donnell ran a new club record in the Lough Boora 10K beating last years winner Pauline Curley of Tullamore Harriers. Laura made light work of the tough course and drastic weather to win the race in 38.29. Her Clubmate Suzanne Carter finished 10th in the Senior Ladies category. This is Laura's third win on the trot having already won the Lismullen 10K and the Balbriggan Half Marathon. Fantastic running by these two committed trainers.
